Whether you contact us initially via email, phone, or our
website, your event details are placed into our computer
system.
Once
our staff has your information entered,
you are emailed login information and a password to the
"Client Area" of our website. From here, you can
view and edit details about your event as they are added
or changed, create requests lists (and even invite your
guests to add song requests to your list), contact us, view
your contract, timeline, and all event documents.

details. You can also view or print event details in preformatted
reports to take with you to meetings with other vendors
