Whether you contact us initially via email, phone, or our website, your event details are placed into our computer system. Once our staff has your information entered, you are emailed login information and a password to the "Client Area" of our website. From here, you can view and edit details about your event as they are added or changed, create requests lists (and even invite your guests to add song requests to your list), contact us, view your contract, timeline, and all event documents. Visit this section 24 hours a day. We know that planning an event takes weeks even months. Use our interactive website to help you keep track of important details. You can also view or print event details in preformatted reports to take with you to meetings with other vendors or provide to your venue planner.
